HR Executive – Payroll & Benefits

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary payments, allowances, and benefits in line with company policies and Myanmar regulations. The role involves close interaction with employees and finance teams to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll cycle, guaranteeing timely and accurate salary disbursements, allowances, and employee benefits.
• Review and validate attendance, leave balances, overtime, and other payroll‑related data.
• Calculate and process statutory deductions such as Personal Income Tax (PIT) and Social Security Board (SSB) contributions, ensuring full compliance with Myanmar labor and tax laws.
• Maintain and update payroll databases, employee salary records, and compensation adjustments.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, cost analyses, variance reports, and other HR financial documents for management review.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits, resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.
• Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and data privacy for all payroll and personal information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in payroll administration or operations.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
