Human Resources Executive – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive specializing in Compensation & Benefits to join our team in Thaketa. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will manage day‑to‑day C&B activities, ensure policy compliance and support overall HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer salary structures, benefits enrollment and related record‑keeping.
• Maintain and update C&B policies in line with local regulations and company standards.
• Support HR operations including employee data management, contract preparation and reporting.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits and related matters.
• Assist with employee‑relations issues and collaborate with managers to promote fair HR practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a C&B‑focused HR role or as an HR generalist.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using HRIS systems for data management.
