HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will oversee daily HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding and off‑boarding. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with management and staff to maintain a positive, productive workplace in Yangon.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR activities and support recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll coordination.
• Implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and communicate guidelines to staff.
• Address employee queries and concerns, supporting performance management and employee relations.
• Organise training sessions, promote engagement, and contribute to continuous learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an HR role, preferably within a corporate or recruitment‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail.
