HR & Administration Manager

About the role

The HR & Administration Manager will lead end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes and ensure smooth daily HR operations for a global shipping and logistics leader. The role requires a proactive, people‑focused professional who can manage payroll, benefits, compliance and support performance management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment coordination, onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, reclassification, contract changes and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, personnel files, contracts, compensation and benefits records.
• Ensure HR documentation complies with legal requirements, internal policies and audit standards.
• Act as primary point of contact for day‑to‑day HR enquiries and policy interpretation.
• Manage monthly payroll inputs, Social Security Board contributions and employee tax processes.
• Administer employee benefits, including life and health insurance, medical check‑ups and leave management.
• Monitor employment law changes and recommend policy updates for compliance.
• Support performance appraisal cycles, talent development initiatives and training programs.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics on headcount, turnover, recruitment and training completion.

Required profile

• Hands‑on HR professional with strong operational discipline.
• Fast learner, highly responsible and comfortable taking initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing payroll, benefits administration and statutory compliance.
• Proven ability to handle full employee lifecycle processes.
