Head of Investments – Strategic Portfolio Management

About the role

The Head of Investments will lead the group’s portfolio strategy, capital allocation and investment performance across multiple business entities. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the CFO and senior leadership, the role is central to the company’s long‑term growth agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of the investment portfolio across the group’s operating entities.
• Develop frameworks for evaluating investment returns, capital deployment and portfolio risk.
• Lead financial modelling, valuation and investment appraisal for new projects, partnerships and acquisitions.
• Support scenario analysis and financial forecasting to guide strategic investment decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design disciplined capital‑allocation strategies aligned with long‑term objectives.
• Establish structured investment review processes and reporting frameworks for the investment committee.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Advanced qualifications such as CFA, MBA or equivalent are advantageous.
• At least 10 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management or related finance roles.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
