Head of Human Resources

About the role

Lead Paribawga's Human Resources function and provide strategic HR support to the business. Ensure that HR policies, processes, and practices are fully aligned with Yoma Group HR guidelines, frameworks, and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Paribawga's business needs and Group HR direction.
• Act as the primary HR partner to the Managing Director and leadership team.
• Ensure implementation of Group HR policies, guidelines, processes and standards across Paribawga.
• Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR systems and compliance.
• Lead workforce planning and recruitment in line with Group recruitment guidelines.
• Implement Group performance management, talent management and succession planning processes.
• Manage compensation and benefits in accordance with Group frameworks and approval requirements.
• Coordinate learning, development and employee engagement initiatives with Group HR.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Provide regular HR reports, updates and insights to Paribawga management and Group HR.
• Lead and develop the Paribawga HR team and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/HR qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
• Experience working with Group HR or centralized HR governance frameworks is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
