Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead the monitoring of key performance indicators, provide insightful analysis of business performance, and support strategic financial decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyse overall business performance, revenue, cost drivers and product trends.
• Support target setting, budgeting, forecasting and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.
• Develop and maintain financial, pricing and profitability models.
• Conduct feasibility studies, break‑even analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, pricing or financial analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Progress toward or completion of ACCA, CIMA or CFA is highly preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and data accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for complex formulas and dynamic modelling.
