Investment Analyst – Real Estate, Energy & Healthcare

About the role

The Investment Analyst will support the evaluation of new investments and business opportunities across a diversified group’s portfolio, working directly with senior investment decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, including cash‑flow forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and valuation.
• Conduct financial analysis of statements, cash flows, financing structures and underlying business assumptions.
• Perform due diligence, feasibility studies and investment appraisal to assess financial viability and potential returns.
• Prepare investment papers, business cases and presentations for senior management review.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, mortgage lending or related financial analysis roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in evaluating real estate, energy or healthcare sector transactions is advantageous.
