Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will safeguard the organization’s financial health by delivering accurate reporting, robust budgeting, and strategic financial guidance. You will work closely with senior leadership to influence key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and conduct variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and produce reliable financial forecasts and long‑term plans.
• Manage cash flow, optimise working capital and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, maintain internal controls and coordinate external audits.
• Provide data‑driven insights to senior management for pricing, capital investment and other strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive finance/accounting experience; team‑management experience is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems.
