Entry-Level Member – IT Solutions Support

About the role

MIT is looking for a motivated Member to join its Yangon office. You will support the delivery and maintenance of cloud‑native and enterprise solutions, helping customers on their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with system configuration, basic troubleshooting and user support for enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, document processes and ensure smooth implementation.
• Coordinate with senior team members to learn best practices in software deployment, data management and customer service.
• Provide day‑to‑day assistance for ERP, HCM, hotel, hospital, POS and other management systems.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of enterprise software such as ERP, HCM, hotel/hospital management or POS platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud and mobility technologies, especially SAP Business One, SAP SuccessFactors or SAP S/4HANA.
• Basic experience with Microsoft technologies (Office 365, SQL Server, Windows Server, Dynamics 365).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation abilities.
• Effective communication, teamwork and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Relevant education in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Internship or entry‑level experience in software support or IT operations is a plus but not mandatory.
