Senior System Engineer (Microsoft)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud Technologies to join our technical team. You will lead multiple projects and managed services, ensuring delivery excellence while supporting customers in achieving their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of cloud engineers, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Prepare Scope of Work, test cases, known issues and limitations for projects and services.
• Respond promptly to escalated incidents, changes or service requests, diagnosing and resolving them within SLA.
• Design and implement enterprise‑scale solutions in customers’ production environments using best‑practice frameworks.
• Configure, administer, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure services, including Compute, Networking, Storage and hybrid cloud components.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development planning for team members.
