Digital Solutions Consultant (Software Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Digital Solutions Consultant to join our team in Yangon. You will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote Fluxion Tech’s technology solutions across POS, loyalty, education platforms, PropTech, and SaaS verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Fluxion Tech products/services to prospective and existing clients in Myanmar.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Serve as first point of contact for product inquiries and coordinate with technical teams.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in IT or technology sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Myanmar and English.
• Familiarity with the Myanmar business landscape and enterprise client ecosystem.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Enterprise software solutions knowledge (SaaS, POS, IoT, logistics platforms).
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and sales activities.
