Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and support the growth of our digital channels and e‑commerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing activities across Facebook, Viber, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Develop and execute online campaigns aligned with promotional and business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer demands, and seasonal opportunities.
• Manage and improve digital channel performance, engagement, followers, and customer growth.
• Manage daily e‑commerce activities and monitor online sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, IT, and other teams to execute digital campaigns.
• Create and edit engaging short‑form videos and Reels for digital platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Monitor customer response and ensure timely communication across digital channels.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or E‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media trends.
• Experience managing Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce operations and online sales (highly preferred).
• Creative mindset with strong content planning and communication skills.
• Ability to create and edit short videos/Reels using relevant editing tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and results‑oriented.
