Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of our digital channels and e‑commerce business. The role involves planning, executing and analysing campaigns across multiple social platforms while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing activities across Facebook, Viber, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Develop and execute online campaigns aligned with promotional and business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer demands, and seasonal opportunities.
• Manage and improve digital channel performance, engagement, followers, and customer growth.
• Oversee daily e‑commerce activities and monitor online sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, IT, and other teams to execute digital campaigns.
• Create and edit engaging short‑form videos and Reels for digital platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Monitor customer response and ensure timely communication across digital channels.

Required profile

• Candidates with relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or E‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media trends.
• Experience in managing Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce operations and online sales is highly preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong content planning and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and results‑oriented.
