About the role
WWF‑Myanmar is seeking an experienced Design Thinking Trainer to deliver a two‑day, in‑person workshop for its internal staff and the local A‑Team. The training will equip participants with human‑centered problem‑solving tools to enhance conservation project design.
Key responsibilities
- Design and facilitate a comprehensive two‑day Design Thinking training covering empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping and testing.
- Engage approximately 20 participants from WWF‑Myanmar and the A‑Team in interactive exercises.
- Adapt Design Thinking methods to the specific challenges of biodiversity conservation.
- Prepare participants to become future trainers for civil‑society partners.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering Design Thinking or human‑centered design workshops.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of conservation or environmental contexts is an advantage.
