Design & Sales Engineer

About the role

JP Solar Solutions is looking for a motivated Design & Sales Engineer to support daily design, sales and operational activities. You will act as a bridge between technical teams, suppliers and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out design, sales and operational tasks to keep business processes running smoothly.
• Manage sales administration, correspondence, documentation review and monitor project sites.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to solve technical and commercial issues and drive business development.
• Prepare, update and modify AutoCAD drawings and provide technical support as needed.
• Maintain communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage sales‑related documents such as certificates, test reports, contracts and product information for presentations and project requirements.
• Keep accurate records of customer accounts and monitor outstanding payments to ensure timely collection before processing new orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in project or sales support.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, interacting with people at all levels.
