Cyber Security Administrator (Manager Level)

About the role

The organization seeks a Cyber Security Administrator at manager level to safeguard its Bank and OnePay networks and systems. You will lead the protection strategy, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Protect computer networks and systems from cyber‑attacks, breaches, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor networks, investigate violations, and review security logs for suspicious activity.
• Install, configure, and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti‑virus solutions.
• Respond to security incidents, provide guidance to prevent recurrence, and participate in incident‑response drills.
• Conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards in line with regulations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and assess effectiveness through metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in cyber security or a closely related discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or Security+ are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities, with capacity to work independently or within a team.
