Customer Services Executive – International Freight

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Executive to join our International Freight division. In this role you will ensure reliable, timely service for export and import customers, coordinating shipments from origin to final delivery while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify export & import documentation and operational activities in line with SOPs.
• Provide accurate, professional updates to customers on shipment status and key milestones.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, finance, sales and other internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Enter and monitor new jobs in the system, generating Delivery Orders within required timeframes.
• Produce operational reports to support KPI monitoring and performance reviews.
• Support additional export & import operational activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Supply Chain Management diploma is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
