Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the front‑line representative of Terminal M Mall, assisting shoppers and tenants with inquiries, complaints, and promotional activities. This role ensures a welcoming, well‑informed service desk and supports marketing and leasing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Address general inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, online, or walk‑in.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the mall layout, facilities, and emergency procedures.
• Keep the service area clean, stocked with forms, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Assist marketing and leasing teams with event décor, promotions, and loyalty program sign‑ups.
• Manage redemption counters, voucher records, and lost‑and‑found items.
• Handle the car‑parking and CRM systems, generating daily reports.
• Make public address announcements and distribute tenant communications.
• Conduct bi‑annual marketing surveys and report to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer success or client relations.
• Fluent in Burmese with good working English.
• Strong interpersonal, active‑listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly empathetic, organized, and passionate about client satisfaction.
