Customer Service Executive (Contract Based)

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will work at the service counter, assisting walk‑in clients and handling policy‑related inquiries. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, maintaining policy records, and ensuring a positive experience for both external customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and support for policy inquiries, including collection, dispatch, delivery arrangements and customer acknowledgment.
• Manage all customer queries received via walk‑ins, email, phone and other channels in a professional, empathetic and timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financial advisers, agents and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Document interactions in the relevant systems, generate reports, analyse trends and suggest process improvements.
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments promptly and assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in life‑insurance or related financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Burmese.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for helping others and handling pressure.
