Customer Insights Manager

About the role

As the Customer Insights Manager at YOMA F&B, you will lead data‑driven understanding of customers and markets for KFC Myanmar and YKKO. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will turn research and analytics into strategic recommendations that shape product development, menu optimization, pricing, communication and overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual research roadmap covering brand health, customer satisfaction, product testing and more.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, manage external agencies, and analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage sales, transaction and digital data; build dashboards for metrics such as NPS, repeat rate and satisfaction scores.
• Map customer journeys across dine‑in, takeaway and delivery, identify pain points and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Food Innovation, Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Creative and Operations teams to inform new product development and menu optimisation.
• Present monthly insight updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in research, analytics or insights roles, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and storytelling abilities, with a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI and Google Analytics.
• Experience designing consumer research studies and interpreting data.
