Corporate Sales Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Sales Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Yangon, driving corporate insurance sales and expanding KBZMS’s footprint in the commercial market. You will prospect, present and close tailored insurance solutions for business clients while nurturing long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect corporate clients across various industries.
• Present customized insurance proposals and negotiate terms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy onboarding.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations and customer service to prepare accurate proposals.
• Maintain sales pipeline, produce regular reports and conduct market/competitor analysis.
• Participate in business development initiatives, corporate events and networking activities.

Required profile

• Proven corporate sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or sales‑management tools.
• Analytical ability to handle data and reporting.
