Communication & CSR Assistant Executive

About the role

The Communication & CSR Assistant Executive supports the planning and execution of corporate communications, internal events, and CSR initiatives at a group level. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, the role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective communication and sustainability projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of CSR strategies, plans and initiatives aligned with the Group’s sustainability agenda.
• Coordinate with internal departments, NGOs, CSR partners, vendors and community representatives.
• Maintain relationships with CSR partners and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
• Assist the Corporate Communications Manager in planning and delivering corporate communications, including internal communications.
• Help plan, coordinate and deliver internal events and employee‑engagement activities.
• Prepare and follow up on departmental payment processes and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, schedules, budgets and documentation for communications, events and CSR activities.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for communications and CSR tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a social‑studies related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in development or humanitarian programmes.
• Strong knowledge of partnership work with local and international NGOs.
• Good understanding of CSR planning and budgetary controls.
• Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
