Marketing Associate

About the role

The Marketing Associate will support Routine’s brand presence across digital and offline channels, focusing on social media, in‑store campaigns, and visual merchandising. This role is ideal for a creative individual with at least one year of marketing experience in fashion or lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends and propose ideas to boost brand awareness.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Support in‑store marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations.
• Help maintain visual merchandising aligned with brand identity and new collections.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper display of marketing materials.
• Assist in planning influencer collaborations, brand activations, and photo/video shoots.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in fashion, youth, or lifestyle sectors.
• Creative mindset with the ability to execute quickly.
• Understanding of both offline and digital marketing channels.
• Bonus: experience with events, KOLs, or entertainment projects.
