Commercial Draught Quality Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Draught Quality Specialist leads Heineken Myanmar’s draught quality agenda. You will raise outlet execution standards, embed Perfect Serve discipline, reduce quality complaints, and turn superior draught experiences into stronger customer advocacy and sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Improve outlet quality audit scores and ensure consistent adherence to Perfect Serve, hygiene, equipment, and serving standards.
• Follow up on draught beer complaints, drive root‑cause analysis, and achieve visible reduction of repeated quality issues.
• Deliver end‑to‑end Star Academy training according to the annual plan, ensuring outlet staff participation, certification completion, and measurable improvement in Perfect Serve execution.
• Conduct regular market visits, produce audit reports with clear insights, assign action owners, set timelines, and track closure status.
• Enhance outlet compliance with draught‑related POSM usage, maintenance, visibility, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate with Sales, Channel, Brand, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and agencies to resolve quality gaps and support event execution.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, beer industry, sales, trade marketing or customer‑facing commercial roles.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Myanmar and English, both written and spoken.
