Client Manager

About the role

As a Client Manager at NTT DATA you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth across our solution portfolio. You will use NTT DATA’s tools and methodologies to understand client needs and deliver tailored, technology‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue and margin targets while minimizing churn.
• Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client issues and ensuring consistent satisfaction.
• Collaborate with global offices and partners to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Manage opportunities, pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce.com.
• Identify and advance new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client engagement and lifecycle management within a sales or business development environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on planning and meeting business requirements.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and influence stakeholders across geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
