Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in Myanmar. The role combines on‑site project work with the flexibility to work from home, supporting the design and planning of civil infrastructure such as site layouts, utilities and transportation‑related works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare engineering drawings, calculations and stormwater management designs.
• Review construction documents and coordinate with architects, designers and project managers.
• Monitor on‑site progress, ensure compliance with technical standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors and consultants to resolve engineering issues during construction.
• Prepare reports, cost estimates and technical documentation for client communication.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in civil engineering with practical experience on infrastructure or building projects.
• Proficiency in site development, grading, utilities design and accurate plan production.
• Experience in planning civil works, project phasing and multidisciplinary team coordination.
• Knowledge of stormwater management principles, drainage systems and relevant standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering; professional certification or licensure progress is a plus.
