Project Manager – Elevator & Escalator

About the role

Fortune Elevator & Escalator Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead elevator and escalator installation projects from planning through handover. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor elevator & escalator projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Control project costs, budgets and overall performance.
• Review progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify and resolve project, site and technical issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Elevator/Escalator.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
