Channel Sales Manager

About the role

Stanol Myanmar is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to build and expand its dealer and distribution network across Myanmar. You will be responsible for turning the Rice Rubber Roller, Water Pump, Inverter and Battery product lines into high‑growth businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand dealers, distributors and resellers nationwide.
• Identify new markets and appoint suitable channel partners.
• Set dealer targets, monitor sales performance and drive growth for assigned product categories.
• Conduct market visits, build strong relationships and manage dealer promotions, sales campaigns and market activation programs.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities.
• Maintain dealer pipeline, forecasts and sales activities through CRM.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and management to ensure product availability.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of channel/dealer sales experience, preferably in agricultural products, pumps, solar, batteries or electrical distribution.
• Strong dealer network development and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for market development.
• Target‑driven with a strong business‑development mindset.
