Business Development Officer - Customer Relationship

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Officer focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with school owners, principals and academic leaders. The role combines relationship management, customer success and revenue growth to support long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trust‑based relationships through regular on‑ground visits to schools and academic institutions.
• Own client issues from identification to resolution, coordinating with the Academic team to meet commitments.
• Monitor account health, flag at‑risk clients early and drive renewal conversations.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and problem resolution.

Required profile

• Volunteer or prior experience in sales, client relationship handling, networking, B2B or public relations is preferred.
• Highly energetic with a keen interest in communication and CRM.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working with fresh talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Gsuite.
