Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for renewable energy projects by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading tender acquisition processes. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients in the renewable energy sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead tender acquisition and manage the end‑to‑end business growth initiatives.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for solar and other renewable projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a comparable role.
• Proven experience in solar, renewable energy, or engineering projects is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and business targets.
