Business Development Manager – AI Advertising & TVC

About the role

The Business Development Manager – AI Advertising & TVC will lead revenue growth by identifying and converting opportunities in AI‑powered advertising, digital campaigns and television commercial production. Working closely with creative, technology, marketing and operations teams, the role translates client objectives into high‑impact, commercially viable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans for AI advertising, digital campaigns and TVC production across target industries such as FMCG, retail, telecom, banking, e‑commerce and more.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, closing and account expansion, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and gross‑profit targets.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts and create new revenue models, packages and strategic partnerships.
• Understand client marketing challenges and recommend AI‑enabled solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear commercial benefits.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI applications, advertising technologies and market trends, ensuring responsible and compliant solution positioning.
• Generate and manage business opportunities for TVCs, digital video commercials, branded content and integrated advertising projects, coordinating with creative, production and media teams to develop concepts, quotations and proposals.
• Participate in client pitching and concept presentations, supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of advertising projects.
