Business Development Executive & Project Management

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Yangon focuses on driving new business opportunities and overseeing client‑related projects for a financial services firm. You will combine business development activities with project coordination to support revenue growth and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business leads across target markets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and sales documentation.
• Track sales performance and project metrics, reporting progress to leadership.
• Coordinate client onboarding, service delivery and process‑improvement projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align development efforts with operational capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑business development and lead generation.
• Strong business acumen and account‑management capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in project coordination or project management within financial services or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Yangon and thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
