Business Development Executive

About the role

Advantis Myanmar is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand its logistics portfolio in Myanmar. Based in Mandalay, you will work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to identify new opportunities and secure contracts across key industry verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as telecommunications, FMCG, apparel, F&B, construction, and pharmaceuticals.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, generate qualified leads, and conduct market research.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contract terms with prospective clients.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to management.
• Contribute to sales forecasts, strategic planning, and achievement of sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
• Strong account management abilities with a track record of maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Graduated in Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable business plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic experience with CRM tools.
