Business Development Executive

About the role

Yolo Digital Myanmar Company Limited is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its Yangon office. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline across the agency’s digital and offline marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client outreach, prepare proposals and deliver presentations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contract terms in line with company objectives and close new deals.
• Manage key accounts, nurture long‑term relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Track sales performance, monitor market trends and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and provide feedback to improve offerings and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑business development, lead generation or sales within marketing, advertising or technology sectors.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of digital and offline marketing services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Effective account‑management capabilities to sustain long‑term client partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Experience using CRM tools.
