Breathe Free Educator

About the role

The Breathe Free Educator will demonstrate Cipla’s proprietary respiratory devices to doctors, clinicians and patients, creating awareness of correct usage and supporting sales growth. The role involves field visits, training sessions and gathering market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site demonstrations of Peak Flow Meters and Spirometers for doctors and patients, explaining proper usage and maintenance.
• Visit doctors, hospitals and chemists according to a tour plan, prioritising key accounts and reporting daily call activity.
• Provide training on interpreting device readings and support clinicians in diagnosing respiratory conditions.
• Collect user feedback, identify malfunctioning devices and escalate issues to the Product Manager.
• Organise and run Breathe Free clinics to educate patients on lung health and respiratory diseases.

Required profile

• General Certificate of Education Advanced Level qualifications in any stream.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and engage with medical professionals.
• Strong communication skills in local languages appropriate to the region.
