Bancassurance Sales Manager – Banking & Insurance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bancassurance Sales Manager to lead the bank’s insurance sales across its branch network. The role focuses on driving revenue, managing relationships with insurance partners, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Bancassurance sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Drive insurance product sales across all bank branches and sales channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and insurance partners (Manulife, KBZMS) to ensure effective sales execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch teams, partners, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Work with Marketing and Operations to launch campaigns and improve the customer journey.
• Monitor sales performance and report on progress toward business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and key account management.
• Background in insurance sales, Bancassurance or financial services is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a strong passion for sales growth.
