Bancassurance Associate

About the role

The Bancassurance Associate will act as the bridge between Prudential’s life insurance products and partner banks. Working from bank branches, you will support bank staff in generating and converting life insurance leads while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell life insurance products within bank branches.
• Maintain strong relationships with bank partners, branch managers and customers.
• Assist bank staff in generating qualified leads and provide product knowledge.
• Close sales leads from walk‑in customers and branch referrals.
• Provide sales performance data and insights to branch managers.
• Collaborate with bank sales and service teams to resolve customer queries and process claims.
• Participate in joint promotional activities between the bank and Prudential.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Banking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, insurance or related sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
