B2B Manager, ICT Solutions

About the role

The B2B Manager, ICT Solutions will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to grow revenue for ICT products within a defined market. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored ICT solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross add targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, market research, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B and wholesale customers.
• Present and demonstrate ICT solutions, highlighting value propositions aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare compelling proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and technical experts to deliver customized solutions.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and report performance to senior management.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, set performance targets, and support professional development.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience selling ICT solutions, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, software development, data analytics, and digital transformation.
