Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager will work on‑site in Yangon, supporting the Sales Manager to meet revenue targets. This full‑time position involves coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and helping to identify new business opportunities within Myanmar’s infrastructure sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and maintain accurate records in sales systems.
• Track and analyse sales performance data, generate forecasts and reports.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth project hand‑over.
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis and the organisation of sales presentations, meetings and events.
• Support senior sales leadership in executing the overall sales strategy.

Required profile

• Strong sales and account‑management abilities, including lead generation and negotiation.
• Excellent business communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical and organisational capabilities, with experience in sales reporting and forecasting.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support senior sales leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, engineering, construction or related industries in Myanmar is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Yangon and visit client sites as needed.
• Fluency in English and Myanmar, with strong written and spoken abilities.
