Assistant Manager Supply Chain Management

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to strengthen our Supply Chain Management capability. The role will focus on forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and data analysis, collaborating with local, regional, and global teams to improve planning accuracy and inventory performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational data and standard information across SCM systems.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and forecast data to support business planning.
• Develop demand forecasts based on sales trends, inventory levels, and business requirements.
• Manage forecast planning and inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to incorporate new product launches, promotions, and sales plans into forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory KPIs, preparing regular performance reports.
• Prepare planning reports and provide data‑driven insights for management decisions.
• Coordinate with HQ, regional HQ, and local teams on planning data and reporting requirements.
• Perform data analysis to support supply‑chain projects and management requests.
• Prepare and submit Korean‑language reports in line with management guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a four‑year university, any major.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management, forecasting, production, sales, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, or supply‑chain analysis is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and adapt to new challenges.
