About the role
An urgent vacancy for an Assistant HR Manager in Pabedan Township, Yangon, with a salary of 15-18 lakhs (negotiable). The role covers overall HR operations, labour law compliance and employee relations, including multi-location workforce management and retail incentive structures. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Mondays and public holidays off.
Key responsibilities

Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- 5-8 years of HR experience; retail, manufacturing or jewellery industry preferred
- Able to manage both blue-collar and white-collar employees
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of labour law
- Leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
