Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a digital‑native storyteller to join our brand team. As an Assistant Brand Manager you will shape how our tourism, hospitality, lifestyle and destination brands appear in target markets, blending strategy, creativity and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth, relevance and long‑term equity.
• Translate business objectives into compelling initiatives that strengthen market positioning and customer preference.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, seasonal opportunities and cultural moments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Monitor travel, hospitality and lifestyle trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop brand narratives, content pillars and storytelling frameworks across multiple brands.
• Oversee creation of campaign concepts, key visuals, social content, website messaging and marketing collateral.

Required profile

• Strong intuition for trending edits, hooks and visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Passion for brand positioning and building desire through narrative.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
