Assistant Accountant

About the role

The Assistant Accountant will support the finance team at De Infinity Holdings in Kamayut, handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers and ensure proper filing.
• Support bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
• Generate basic financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Myanmar financial regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Required profile

• Strong basic accounting knowledge, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
• Familiarity with AP/AR processes.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office tools.
• Good numerical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Effective organizational and time‑management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in an accounting support role is an advantage.
• Understanding of basic Myanmar financial regulations and tax requirements is beneficial.
