AI augmented Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI augmented Software Engineer to join our fast‑paced development team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence and AI‑native ways of working, setting the standard for how our team builds in the age of intelligent tooling. You will work closely with analysts and cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship high‑quality software using AI‑augmented workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with product and engineering teams to scope and architect AI‑powered features end‑to‑end.
• Contribute to prompt‑engineering standards, reusable AI component libraries, and internal documentation.
• Build production‑grade integrations with third‑party APIs and large language models.
• Develop and manage API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and technical issues in development and production.
• Ensure application usability, security, and performance standards are met.
• Support product stability, QA processes, and production readiness over time.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Champion the use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Ability to craft effective prompts that generate production‑ready code.
• Experience with spec‑driven development or specification‑based engineering workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and a self‑learning attitude.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Backend development with Go, Java, or PHP frameworks.
• Database platforms such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and prompt engineering.
• CI/CD pipeline tools.
