About the role

Prudential Myanmar is seeking an energetic Agency Unit Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Financial Advisors. You will be responsible for driving life‑insurance sales while ensuring a customer‑first approach and strengthening the brand’s presence in Yangon.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and motivate a team of Financial Advisors.
• Deliver life‑insurance solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction and persistency.
• Maintain excellent service standards to retain clients and achieve sales targets.
• Promote personal branding to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of team‑management experience.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Experience in financial services; life‑insurance background preferred but not mandatory.
