Agency Unit Manager – Insurance Sales (Freelance)

About the role

Prudential is seeking dynamic professionals to join its Myanmar network as Agency Unit Managers or Financial Services Advisors on a freelance basis. The role focuses on driving life and health insurance sales across key cities and remote regions, leveraging personal networks and expanding new client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a robust sales lead pipeline.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for life and health insurance policies.
• Introduce and promote Prudential’s life insurance products to existing and prospective clients.
• Expand personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Background in sectors such as real estate, hospitality, micro‑finance, banking, or insurance.
• Proven ability to generate high income through commission‑based insurance sales.
• Open to candidates currently working as bank managers, relationship managers, sales managers, or insurance agents.
