Agency Management Manager – Yangon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agency Management Manager to lead our Yangon district. This role combines sales leadership, talent development, and strategic distribution oversight to drive growth and meet both short‑term and long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish sales and referral networks with local businesses to maximise value from connections.
• Lead, motivate and develop talent for the launch and growth of the agency district.
• Design and implement motivational programmes that support achievement of targets.
• Deliver sales training and orientation for new hires as the operation expands.
• Analyse the business landscape and adjust the Sales & Promotion programme accordingly.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Monitor team performance to ensure continuous, sustainable growth.
• Contribute to overall Agency Distribution management and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage and execute projects that impact the agency’s operations across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in finance or a service industry.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or senior management role.
• Proven track record in sales management, promotion, training and development.
• Experience in implementing distribution strategies is an advantage.
• Demonstrated continuous career growth and a winning record.
