After Sales Service Engineer

About the role

The After Sales Service Engineer will provide technical support for solar inverters and energy storage systems to customers and partners in Yangon. The role combines remote diagnostics, on‑site troubleshooting, and field service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to service requests, perform remote diagnostics and guide customers through troubleshooting.
• Visit customer sites for commissioning, maintenance, repair, and warranty support.
• Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related engineering field (preferred).
• Experience with solar PV systems, power electronics, or energy storage solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, customer‑oriented mindset, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Technical support and troubleshooting of solar inverters and related energy storage systems.
• Field service, maintenance, and repair skills for on‑site diagnostics and corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, test reports, and safely use standard electrical measurement tools.
