Activation Executive

About the role

The Activation Executive will drive brand presence through on‑site activations, roadshows and in‑store promotions. You will work closely with promoters, merchandisers and agency partners to deliver engaging consumer experiences that boost sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, roadshows, in‑store promotions and events.
• Coordinate with promoters, merchandisers, vendors and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Set up and display branding materials and POSM correctly at activation sites.
• Collect sales data, photos and customer feedback during activations.
• Ensure promoters follow brand guidelines, scripts and activation standards.
• Support product sampling and consumer engagement activities.
• Maintain activation tools, stocks and materials.
• Be flexible to work long hours, weekends and travel as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in brand activation, marketing or event execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends and travel as required.
